GENERAL LIVE BREAKS — How It Works & Rules
Choose a player or team from the available spots, purchase your spot and join the livestream. Each spot displays its guaranteed card quantity before purchase. Cards specific to your selected player/team are allocated under the published rules, and general-pool cards are used to complete your guaranteed quantity. No specific card, condition or resale value is promised.
1. Break Format
Live Breaks use Pick Your Team (PYT) and Pick Your Player (PYP) formats. Each listing specifies the product, spot names, prices, guaranteed card quantities and any product-specific allocation rules before opening. No random team/player assignments or wheels are used.
2. Guaranteed Card Quantities
Each spot guarantees the quantity of physical cards shown in its listing. Within a given break, spot entitlements are calculated using a consistent per-card price from the published standard spot prices. Example: where 1,000 cards are offered across AED 1,000 in standard spot prices, a spot priced at AED 100 guarantees 100 cards and one priced at AED 50 guarantees 50 cards. Discounts do not reduce those quantities.
3. Player & Team Allocation
All numbered cards, numbered parallels, autographs, designated case hits, short-print/super-short-print cards identified by the published rules, and relic or memorabilia cards are allocated to the applicable listed player/team spot. These count toward the spot’s guaranteed card quantity. If eligible specific cards exceed the guaranteed quantity, the customer receives all eligible cards. Any multi-player/team cards, unlisted players and exceptions follow the published break-specific rules.
4. General Card Pool
Base cards, common inserts and non-numbered parallels that are not designated case hits or SSPs form the general pool. Cards stay in their original opening order. They are organized into consecutive bulk stacks and assigned to spots in alphabetical order of the published player/team spot names, including unsold spots, to complete the guaranteed card quantities. This is not a round-robin distribution. No cherry-picking or streamer discretion is permitted.
5. Pricing & Discounts
All spot prices and quantities are established before listing. Discounts may be offered on unsold spots before the first product is opened. The originally published guaranteed quantity does not change when a spot is discounted.
6. Sales Cutoff
No spots may be sold after opening of the first box or pack begins. No changes to the published allocation rules or spot definitions are permitted after the break starts.
7. Unsold Spots
The Bro Break may proceed with a break where some spots remain unsold. Unsold spots and their associated specific cards and general-pool quantities remain with The Bro Break. Alternatively, The Bro Break may postpone or cancel the break before opening; paid customers will be informed and applicable refunds provided.
8. Quantity Fulfillment Guarantee
If cards from the opened product are insufficient to satisfy published guaranteed quantities, The Bro Break supplies additional cards from its own inventory and identifies these as cards sourced outside that break. Where a spot receives more eligible player/team-specific cards than its guaranteed quantity, all such cards remain with that spot and any resulting shortage elsewhere is fulfilled by The Bro Break.
9. Opening, Sorting & Shipping
Openings take place on publicly accessible, recorded livestreams. Cards are sorted under the published rules and shipped to the relevant customers after the break, subject to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
10. Product Characteristics
A guaranteed number of physical cards does not guarantee any particular player-specific hit, card rarity, autograph, condition, grading result, resale value or financial outcome. Manufacturer pack configurations and averages are not guarantees unless expressly stated.
11. Allocation Records
The Bro Break may retain video recordings, allocation notes and fulfillment records for transparency, order verification and dispute resolution.
12. Acceptance
By purchasing a spot, the customer accepts the published listing, these Live Breaks Rules and the applicable website policies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. SHOP SEALED — Personal Ripping Terms
1. Booking Your Rip
Contact The Bro Break on WhatsApp before purchasing to confirm session availability and arrange a time. The session date and time must be agreed before purchase.
2. Purchase & Payment
Purchases are final upon successful payment, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights. A customer cannot cancel due to a change of mind simply because the session has not yet started.
3. Your Personal Ripping Session
The purchased sealed product is opened during the agreed publicly accessible, recorded livestream. The customer receives a link that can be shared with friends and family. Our team opens the product and discusses notable cards. All cards from the purchased product belong to the customer. Customer contact, address and payment information are not intentionally broadcast.
4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
A customer may reschedule once, subject to availability, by contacting The Bro Break on WhatsApp before the scheduled session. If the customer misses the original session, one rescheduling opportunity will be offered. If the customer misses the rescheduled session or cannot attend, the product is shipped sealed and unopened to the registered delivery address. After sealed dispatch, the personal ripping service is no longer available for that purchase. A missed session does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
5. Card Handling & Shipping
Opened cards are organized and packaged with suitable protection, including sleeves and top loaders where appropriate, and shipped under the Shipping & Delivery Policy. All cards from the purchased product are included.
6. Product Contents & Values
Specific cards, autographs, parallels, relics, condition, grading outcomes and market values are not guaranteed. Manufacturer-advertised averages do not guarantee specific contents.
7. Changes by The Bro Break
If we need to change a session, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative. If we cannot fulfill the purchased product or service, an appropriate refund or legally required remedy will be provided.
4. Shop Sealed — Purchase Terms
Sealed products
Shop Sealed products are sold in their original manufacturer-sealed packaging unless the listing expressly says otherwise.
Order fulfillment
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment and confirmation. Availability and estimated dispatch may vary by product.
Contents and outcomes
Manufacturers determine pack and box contents. No specific player, card, autograph, parallel, hit, grade, condition or resale value is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product listing.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns and cancellations are not accepted, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods are handled under the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Shipping
Delivery destinations, shipping fees, free-shipping eligibility and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. International duties and import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship within the UAE and to supported international destinations. Available destinations and delivery charges appear at checkout.
2. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched regularly, typically on business days, with near-daily dispatch as an operating aim rather than a guaranteed schedule. Shop Sealed products ship after confirmation; personal rip products ship after opening or sealed where the Personal Ripping Terms require; Live Break cards ship after opening and sorting. Processing depends on order volume, destination and courier schedules.
3. Shipping Charges & Complimentary Shipping
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Selected products, destinations, order values or promotions may qualify for complimentary shipping. Applicable offers are reflected at checkout.
4. International Customs
Destination-country import duties, taxes, customs fees and clearance requirements are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs delays are outside our reasonable control.
5. Delivery Estimates
Any delivery dates or windows are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Courier operations, holidays and customs may affect delivery.
6. Tracking
Tracking details are shared when available. Customers must supply complete and accurate delivery and contact details.
7. Standard Shipping & Insurance
We use standard domestic and international courier services. Additional declared-value insurance is not automatically included unless expressly stated. Orders are packed with reasonable care.
8. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Shipments
Customers should contact us promptly with their order number, issue description and photographs where available. We investigate and provide remedies required by applicable law, including for confirmed loss or non-delivery.
9. Unsuccessful Delivery
Incorrect addresses, non-response to couriers or refusal to complete customs requirements may result in additional return or redelivery charges where legally permitted.
10. Packaging
Opened cards are organized and protected using sleeves, top loaders and suitable packaging where appropriate. Sealed products are packed to reduce transit damage.

This website is operated by ArtSci Hub L.L.C-FZ, trading as The Bro Break. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms and the applicable product and service policies.
2. Products & Services
We offer Shop Sealed factory-sealed products, Rip With The Bros scheduled personal live openings, and PYT/PYP Live Breaks with published guaranteed card quantities. Wholesale supply is subject to separate B2B terms.
3. Orders, Prices, VAT & Invoices
Prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes and discounts are displayed during checkout. UAE VAT, where applicable, is clearly identified on the customer invoice in accordance with applicable requirements. An order is confirmed after successful payment and acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or contain material pricing errors, refunding any payment collected for a cancelled order.
4. Final Sales & Consumer Rights
Purchases are final upon payment and confirmation, including Live Breaks and personal rips before opening. Change-of-mind cancellations, refunds and exchanges are not offered, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Defective, misdescribed, incorrect, unfulfilled or otherwise non-conforming orders receive applicable legal remedies.
5. Shop Sealed
Products are sold in original manufacturer packaging unless stated otherwise. Manufacturers determine contents and advertised averages. No specific cards, grades or values are guaranteed.
6. Rip With The Bros
Customers must arrange availability via WhatsApp before purchase. Personal sessions are publicly accessible and recorded. One reschedule is permitted subject to availability; if the customer misses the rescheduled session or cannot attend, the purchased product is shipped sealed and unopened under the Personal Ripping Terms.
7. Live Breaks
PYT/PYP spots carry a published guaranteed quantity of physical cards. Allocation follows the break-specific listing and Live Breaks Rules. Spot sales close when opening begins. No particular specific card, rarity, grade, condition or market value is promised.
8. Promotions
Prices and offers may vary. Before a break begins, remaining spots may be discounted without reducing their original guaranteed card quantities.
9. Shipping
UAE and supported international shipping, delivery charges, free-shipping offers and customs responsibilities follow the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates.
10. Product Authenticity & Characteristics
We supply genuine trading-card products through our sourcing network. Cards can vary in print quality, centering, corners, edges and surfaces. We do not guarantee grading results. Mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
11. No Guaranteed Cards, Outcomes or Values
Unless expressly stated in the relevant listing, The Bro Break does not guarantee receipt of any particular player, team or individual card; autograph, numbered card, parallel, case hit, SSP, relic or memorabilia card; rarity or scarcity; card centering, surface, edges, corners, grade or grading outcome; or present or future resale value, investment return or market performance. Manufacturer-advertised contents and averages are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such. Product examples, previously pulled or sold cards and livestream commentary are informational, not promises. Manufacturer representations and statutory rights remain unaffected. For Live Breaks, guaranteed physical card quantities and published player/team allocation obligations remain fully binding.
12. Public Livestreams & Recordings
Personal ripping sessions and Live Breaks are publicly accessible and recorded for transparency, verification, customer service and dispute resolution. Customers are informed before purchase. We do not intentionally broadcast delivery addresses, telephone numbers, payment information or other private order details. Identifiable customer voice/video participation is subject to appropriate advance notice and permissions where required. Recordings may be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate payment, contact and delivery information and must not use the website for fraud, unauthorized activity or disruption. Purchases must comply with applicable law and age-related requirements.
14. Intellectual Property
Our original brand, website content, photos and videos may not be commercially reused without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
15. Website Errors
We aim for accurate listings and reliable service, but errors or interruptions may occur. Material order errors will be addressed with customers and resolved appropriately.
16. Privacy
Customer data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Payments are handled by payment services integrated with Shopify; The Bro Break does not access or store full payment-card details.
17. Changes
Terms may be updated. The version applicable to an order is generally the version in effect at purchase, unless law requires otherwise or the customer agrees.
18. Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable UAE law. Disputes are subject to competent UAE courts and mandatory consumer/jurisdiction rules. Customers are encouraged to contact support first.
