How Breaks Work
The Bro Break offers live box breaks where customers can select and purchase their own box from a fresh sealed case. Once your box is secured, The Bros open it live on YouTube, and every card pulled from your box belongs to you. No team or player allocations, no shared card pools, just your box and your hits!
1. Break Format
All Live Breaks follow a Pick Your Box format. Each break features a fresh sealed case containing a specified number of boxes. Customers select their preferred available box position and purchase it directly through the website. Each listing displays the product, number of boxes, available spots, pricing, and scheduled break details.
2. Box Selection & Ownership
Each purchased spot represents one complete sealed box from the advertised case. Customers receive all cards contained within their selected box, including base cards, inserts, parallels, autographs, memorabilia cards, and any other hits.
Cards are never shared or allocated between customers.
3. Pricing & Discounts
All box prices are displayed before purchase. The Bro Break may offer promotional discounts on available boxes before they are opened. Any discount does not affect the customer's ownership of the box or its contents.
4. Sales Cutoff
A box must be purchased and assigned to a customer before it is opened. No box may be sold after its contents have been revealed or its opening has begun. Box assignments cannot be changed once opening has started.
5. Unsold Boxes
The Bro Break may proceed with a live break even if some boxes remain unsold. Unsold boxes remain the property of The Bro Break and may be retained for future sales or breaks.
The Bro Break may also postpone or cancel a scheduled break before opening. Affected customers will be informed and offered applicable refunds.
6. Opening & Livestream
All box breaks take place on publicly accessible, recorded YouTube livestreams. Customers can tune in at the scheduled time to watch their selected box being opened.
If you miss the live session, you can watch the recording afterward.
7. Cards & Shipping
Every card pulled from your purchased box is yours. Following the break, all cards are carefully collected, packed, and shipped to the customer in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. Product Characteristics
All boxes are opened in their original manufacturer-sealed condition. Card contents, quantities, rarity, and potential hits depend on the manufacturer's product configuration.
Purchasing a box does not guarantee any specific player, autograph, numbered card, case hit, card condition, grading result, resale value, or financial outcome unless expressly guaranteed by the manufacturer or product listing.
9. Break Recordings & Transparency
The Bro Break may retain livestream recordings, purchase records, box assignments, and fulfillment details for transparency, order verification, and dispute resolution.
10. Acceptance
By purchasing a box break spot, customers accept the published product listing, these Live Breaks Rules, and the applicable website policies. All mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
