2. Information We Collect

We collect names, contact details, delivery addresses, order and purchased-product information, payment confirmation and transaction status, customer communications, and relevant livestream interactions or recordings. Shopify and other website services may also process device, usage and cookie information.

3. How We Use Information

We use customer information primarily to confirm and fulfill purchases, arrange ripping sessions, coordinate deliveries, communicate about orders, answer inquiries and resolve issues. We also retain records as needed for legal, accounting, tax, security and dispute-resolution purposes. Any additional marketing uses require an appropriate legal basis.

4. Payment Processing

Website payments are processed through payment services integrated with Shopify. The Bro Break does not directly collect, access, process or store customers’ full payment-card details. We receive order information, payment confirmation and transaction status necessary to manage and fulfill purchases. The payment service provider handles payment information under its own policies.

5. Public Livestreams

Rip With The Bros sessions and Live Breaks are publicly accessible and recorded. Recordings may contain card openings, allocation commentary and voluntary customer interactions and may be used for transparency, verification, customer support and dispute resolution. Do not share private details in public chat. We do not intentionally broadcast customer addresses, phone numbers or payment details. Identifiable voice/video participation requires appropriate notice and permissions where legally required.

6. Service Providers

We share only information reasonably necessary with Shopify and site providers, couriers, livestream platforms, communication tools, payment providers, professional advisers and authorities where required. Each provider may handle information under its own applicable terms and privacy policy.

7. International Processing

Some technology and service providers may process data outside the UAE. We take measures required by applicable data-protection law for international transfers.

8. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies and, if enabled, analytics or other optional technologies. Cookie disclosures and consent controls must match the actual Shopify configuration and applicable law.

9. Marketing

Promotional communications are sent only where permitted by law. Customers can opt out using the available method or by contacting us. Necessary order communications may continue.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information. No online system is completely risk-free.

11. Retention

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for delivery, communication, required records and dispute handling. Livestream recordings may be retained for a documented period; the final retention schedule must be set before publication. Data is then deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled lawfully.

12. Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, customers may request access, correction or deletion of personal information and exercise applicable objection or consent rights. Some records must be kept for legal, tax or dispute purposes.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Linked payment, livestream and social platforms may operate their own privacy policies.

14. Children

Purchasing services are intended for adults or persons acting with appropriate parent/guardian authorization. We do not knowingly seek personal data directly from children without appropriate authorization.

15. Changes

We may update this policy as our services, technology or legal requirements change. The current version will be available on the website.
