Refund policy
1. General Policy
Purchases are final upon successful payment and order confirmation. No change-of-mind cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds are offered, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
2. Shop Sealed
No change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including due to market-price changes, preferences, card values or disappointment with opened contents. Defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods remain subject to statutory remedies.
3. Live Breaks
Spot purchases are final at payment, whether or not the break has begun. Published guaranteed quantities and allocation rules remain binding. No particular pull, condition or value is guaranteed. If we cancel or cannot fulfill a paid spot, we provide a refund or other lawful agreed remedy.
4. Rip With The Bros
Purchases are final upon payment even before the session. One reschedule is allowed subject to availability. If the customer misses or cannot attend the rescheduled session, the purchased product ships sealed and unopened. Missed sessions do not automatically entitle the customer to refunds. Non-fulfillment by us is remedied as required by law.
5. Product Contents & Values
No refund solely because a desired player, autograph, numbered card, case hit, grade or resale value is not obtained. Rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
Contact support promptly with order number, explanation and photographs where available. We review and arrange any appropriate legally required repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
7. Cancellations by The Bro Break
We may cancel where products are unavailable, a material pricing error occurs or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. Payments collected for cancelled orders are refunded.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method. Bank and provider processing times vary.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing here excludes or restricts mandatory UAE consumer rights or remedies.
